Gangs in Industry
Presentation by James W. Odom, Director, Alternative Behavior
Participants attending this presentation will obtain a general awareness in regards to employing current and former gang members. Topics such as; The impact of gangs in a business, Early warning signs, Common gang symbols, and Combating gangs in the workplace, will be covered. Participants will also receive a quick refer-ence gang sheet to assist in the identification and understanding of the culture.
James is the Director and Founder of the Alternative Behavior program. Dedicated to helping high-risk youth, James has fourteen years experience in working with some of Houston’s most active street gangs.
A must see presentation.
